When choosing a real estate professional it should never be about how flashy they are but rather it is important to choose one that you can trust and you know they will get the job done. I strongly believe that I fit that description. They are applying for a job and you are hiring them. 

I have been successfully selling Real Estate since 1992 and have been in sales since 1983. I have excellent negotiating skills and a spirit of excellence in everything I do. Even though I have received many awards over my career the greatest reward I have is helping you achieve your goals. My goal is to give you the best real estate experience possible.

Here's a little bit more about myself and my family. I have been married to my lovely wife, Heather, for almost 40 years. We moved here to Kelowna 20 years ago from the Lower Mainland with our 3 children, Andrew, Sarah and Dave. We have 8 Grand kids.  My favourite thing to do is spending time with my family and being out on the lake in the summertime. I really enjoy studying history and watching documentaries. 

For me, the best part of real estate is working with people. I really enjoy the personal interaction and helping people find their dream property or realize a maximum sale price for a home they are selling. Having bought and sold many homes in my lifetime, I have a very good eye for the potential in a property, as well as what it will cost to get the home looking great. I have personally renovated more than 15 homes. I can provide great staging and renovation tips.
