West Kelowna adopts new noxious weeds bylaw

West Kelowna has introduced a new bylaw that requires property owners to keep noxious weeds under 20 cm from April 1 to September 30. The focus for next year will be on education, aiming to protect our agricultural lands, natural ecosystems, and public spaces.
